The Order Processor will collaborate with various departments, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
What You Will Do:
Review order details for accuracy, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and customer information.
Assists other Customer Service Representatives with processing orders, progressing towards working independently.
Verify product availability, lead times, and pricing by coordinating with the sales and inventory teams.
Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company's system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
What You Need:
High school diploma or equivalent 6 Months experience in order processing, call center, or a similar role.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external customers.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
